An absolutely perfect medium well (we’re not rare people). Thin line of pink, juicy, perfect seasoning. There are a lot of things I do poorly, but I’ve figured out how to cook my steaks.

It was. Past tense. There are a lot of things I do poorly (playing basketball chief among them), but I’ve figured out how to cook my steaks.
